July favourites

Hi everyone,
Am I the only one that can not believe it is already August? One thing for sure is that its time for my July favourites. July is an awesome month for favourites as summer is here. Meaning I get to start getting out all my summer stuff and buying new summer bits and bobs. Summer is also one of my favourite times of the year. Which results in me trying lots of new things. So if you want to know what I was loving over July, stick around, you might find something you like.

Hair:

Lisap ultimate oil plus:

This is a product that we sell within our salon and it is super nice. It is an oil spray and can be used on dry or damp hair. Being an oil it is super conditioning and works to keep you hair in the best condition it can be in. As someone who colours their hair I know it is important to care for my hair and to keep it in the best condition possible. Another benefit to this incredible product is that it also controls frizz. So anyone who suffers with frizz and flyaways, this could be your savour product. I found this leaves my hair feeling really soft and not weighed down like some oils I have used in the past.

Batiste dry shampoo brilliant blonde:

Being a blonde I do find it easier if I buy a dry shampoo aimed at my hair colour. This one is really good. It blends in lovely and doesn't leave you with any white patches as it contains a hint of colour in it. This enables it to blend into your own colour. The smell of this is super nice as well. I always use dry shampoo because I only wash my hair 3 times a week, I know gross, but it really isn't. This helps to keep my hair looking fresh between washes, meaning I never have to worry.

Beauty:

The body shop raspberry body butter:

What can I say about this body butter apart from it is like bliss in a tub. The smell is super summery and really fresh. It literally smells like raspberries. The consistency of this product is really lovely and glides onto the skin like silk. It leaves you feeling super moisturised. I have found this to work really well on any dry patches I have found on my skin.

The body shop Satsuma shower gel:

I honestly love this shower gel too much. This one is actually the one I use to use when I was younger. When I retried this in July it reminded me why I fell in love with it way back then. The scent is just so me, so fruity. This bottle will also last me forever, which is one thing I love about the body shop shower gels. You need so little yet you get mounds of bubbles.

The body shop honeymania body scrub:

I know what you must be thinking, Zoe that is now 3 body shop products. What can I say, its summer and I love them. This scrub is actually a new buy for me and I really do love it. The consistency is not what I would usually go for, but its working for me. This one is much more creamier and super moisturising. For summer this is a must have. A scrub that not only gets rid of all them flaky bits, it also moisturises your skin. Major brownie points in my book. The scent of this is to die for, honestly.

Food:

Bear pure fruit yoyo in blackcurrant:

What is a monthly favourite without me adding in a healthy snack. I have been loving these yoyos and they are also so tasty. I got mine in blackcurrant but they do loads of other flavours, which I cant wait to try. You ask what is so healthy about them? Well here we go. They are part of your five a day, no added sugars, no preservatives and never from concentrate. This flavour honestly only contains blackcurrants, apple and pear. That is it. These are just pure fruit and I highly recommend them.

Green tea:

I know its summer but I do still drink green tea. I have got into a routine of having one before bed. It makes me feel very relaxed. I do now only drink green tea opposed to regular tea. I just prefer it and its better for you. I know that green tea can be daunting, before I started drinking it I always thought, there is no way I will like it. But I do. If you haven't tried green tea yet and you like tea, I highly recommend that you do.

Other:

Lean in 15 the shape plan:

All my regular readers know that I am a massive Joe Wicks fan. I have been following him for quite sometime now and own both his books. Which I follow religiously. This one is book 2 and it is just as good as book 1. The food is incredible. The workouts are intense but leave me feeling amazing. I honestly don't know what else to say about this book apart from this is like my bible. I use it everyday and have done since the first book ever came out. I actually had a week off while I was away last week but I have never felt so excited to get home and start it all again. Joes recipes are so easy to follow and all taste incredible, I am yet to find one I don't like. If you are into healthy eating and just looking after yourself, this is the book for you.

Copper clock from Matalan:

This clock is one of my cute new additions to my room since I have redecorated. I love it so much. I am really into anything vintage and shabby chic. This really does fit the bill. It also looks super cute sitting on my bedside table. This was also really inexpensive. So if you are looking to add some new accessories to your room, totally check this out.

So they are my July favourites, lots of new ones and lots of old favourites being rediscovered. What did you love throughout July? Let me know in the comments. I hope that you have had an incredible week and a good weekend.

Love
Zoe x
