My yankee candle collection

Hi everyone,
As many of you probably know by now, I am a candle addict. I just cant help it I see candles and I am like "I need to get that". Trust me as I am writing this I currently have a Yankee Candle email up on my phone looking at their new appearances. So I thought today I would give you an insight to all my lovely candles that I own by Yankee Candle. I do own more candles than this but they are by other brands. If you have been reading my blog for a while you would of probably seen some of these in my other posts.
 Tartlets and Votives:

The tartlet I own is Sweet Apple, and it smells incredible. It really does smell like fresh ripe apples. Which is lovely and sweet and makes the house smell like a home. Fruity scents are one of my favourites to burn.
Then the votive is in Christmas Treats. This is ultra sweet and smells like sugary vanilla biscuits. As soon as you smell this it screams Christmas baking. Making this incredible to burn over the festive period.
Small jars:

Sugared Apple is another Christmas favourite. This one has such a delicate smell. It is the scent of apple, sugar and vanilla. Which let me just say is absolute bliss. This one is amazing for people who don't like over powering scents.
Cappuccino Truffle is a blend of two of my favourite things. The smell of rich roasted coffee and velvety smooth chocolate. I can only describe the scent by saying it smells like you have just walked into a coffee shop.
Oud Oasis is one I cant describe what it smells like, you just need to smell it for yourself. This was actually a spontaneous online buy along with two others from the range. I loved it instantly. The scent is described online as "rich and seductive". It is very rich, but I just cant put my finger on what it is. This is amazing for creating a calming mood.
Waikiki Melon was my first ever Yankee Candle bought for me by my sister. It was what kick started my addiction. This is truly a beautiful scent. Juicy melon and sweet orange oil make this an exotic blend of scents. This is the definition of a sunny summers day.
Cranberry Ice is a sweet tangy scent with a coolness to it. This smells exactly like frozen berries and it is lovely. This again is a Christmas one but I love it so much. I get excited every year to get this one out.
Moroccan Argan Oil is the aroma of patchouli, sandalwood and argan oil. This is a very rich strong inviting scent. Again this is one of them ones you just have to smell.
Frankincense is a very peppery scent. I would describe it a sweet yet spicy. It also has a balsamic wood undertone. This all put together makes one hell of a combination. I loved this one the moment I first smelt it. I highly advise you give it a sniff. I know it sounds strange but trust me.
Medium jars:

Fireside Treats is like an ultimate indulgence. I know what your thinking, its a candle. I just cant resist the sweet scents. This smells of one of my favourite things in the world, marshmallows. The scent is strong enough to fill the room but not over powering when you first walk in.
Candy Cane Lane is Christmas. With the scents of peppermint, sweet cookies and creamy vanilla icing. Its good enough to eat. This is my go too candle to burn when I am doing my Christmas baking, it really gets me in the mood.
Large jars:

Red Raspberry is one of my new purchases yet it has had so much use. This is ripe red raspberries. It is beautiful. The scent reminds me of raspberry jam. It is so sweet and fruity.
Jelly Bean is an Easter special and I got it for Christmas. I wish I had bought this before then because it is truly amazing. I mean come on it smells of sweet jelly beans and it is amazing. If you are a candy fan, this is the only candle you need in your life.
Gingerbread is my favourite Christmas candle out of all the ones I own. This one is normally constantly burning somewhere in the house. This is spicy warm gingerbread full of nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar. It is heaven. Some may say its too overpowering but I definitely don't think it is. This is the holy grail Christmas candle. My Christmas certainly wouldn't be complete without it.

So they are all my Yankee Candles. I also own a few Yankee Candle scenterpiece easymelt cups, you can see them here. Have you tried any of the candles I mentioned? What are your favourites? Let me know in the comments. Also I am always looking for new ones to try so leave your favourites down below. I hope you enjoyed this post. If you want to check out the Yankee Candle website you can find that here

See you soon.

  1. You have an awesome collection of candles. I can understand why you are addicted to them, these are some of my favorite items to collect as well. Filling the house with the scent of Christmas cookies or apples sounds like a wonderful idea. To answer your question, I know we have tried the Sweet Apple and Gingerbread candles. My favorite of the two is Sweet Apple.
